So, another pep rally for the student body to sit through and be bored at. Maybe the third time that we have had one so far this year. This first one, people enjoyed because we hadn’t seen it yet this year. The second time, not as good, but still semi peppy thanks to the wrestlers. This time, it was just boredom.
Yet again, most of the girls teams danced, the boys teams came together and said, “1…2…3… Titans” and walked off of the floor, and track had a boring routine that looks like it was thrown together the day before the rally.
The school knows that the student body doesn’t like the pep rallies by this time in the year, yet they keep having them anyways. It seems like the only people that do like them are the teachers and administrators and this probably just because they don’t have any work during this time.
Each season doesn’t need a pep rally and they are just pointless by this time in the year.
So basically, the pep rallies are long, boring, and loud. The students want to be there just as much as the sports teams want to be there, they don’t. So what’s the problem with just one pep rally per year? It would make the students happier and leave more time for learning, the whole point of the school.
One pep rally a year is a good idea. It benefits the students, the teams, and everyone else involved. There are too many pep rallies and that needs to be changed.

1. You can be negative, but not bitter. You sound like someone who had a lousy pep rally and is complaining about it for the next 300 words.
2. Don't make huge assumptions about teachers, faculty, administration's motivations. Actually, no one dislikes pep rallys more than teachers, but that's not important. Don't think for anyone else.
3. peg is not a real important issue. You may feel strongly about it, but it is not that 'big' of a deal.
Read the paper for peg ideas.
